Evening Star no. V 1917 Georgia O'keefe
Another artist that we have been looking and studying is Georgia O'Keefe.
Although she is well known for her oil paintings, we have chosen to look at her
watercolor paintings. The children practised drawing with pencil and how to
control the watercolor with the use of water. Georgia uses very similar colors
that help the children expand their knowledge in color as well as learn about
mixing.
